Naseem Shah is a young Pakistani cricketer who made his international debut in November 2019 at the age of 16. He is a right-arm fast bowler known for his ability to generate pace and swing the ball.
Naseem Shah was born on 15 December 2003 in Lower Dir, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan. He started playing cricket at a young age and was spotted by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) while playing for his school team. He was then selected for the PCB's under-16 team and played in the U-19 Cricket World Cup in 2020.
In November 2019, Naseem Shah made his international debut for the Pakistan national team in a Test match against Australia. He became the youngest player to represent Pakistan in Test cricket and the third-youngest player in the world to debut in Test cricket at the age of 16 years and 307 days. In his debut match, he took three wickets and impressed everyone with his pace and swing.
Naseem Shah has played a total of six Tests for Pakistan, taking 22 wickets at an average of 26.86. He has also played six One Day Internationals (ODIs) and three Twenty20 Internationals (T20Is), taking a total of nine wickets in these formats.
Despite his young age, Naseem Shah has already established himself as a key member of Pakistan's national team. He has a bright future ahead of him and is expected to become one of the leading fast bowlers in world cricket
